Possible ovulation is a calendar estimate. It does not confirm ovulation and is not contraception.
Observations over guesswork
The first and last period days define the recorded period. Bleeding days in between are included; moods and symptoms remain separate entries.
Edit or remove calendar entries. Bleeding intensity can be recorded separately.
Recorded history and cycle variability inform the estimated next-period interval.

In the current version, journals stay on your device. You choose when to export records and who receives a family file.

Journals, timers and built-in materials work offline. Opening external sources, downloading updates and emailing support require a connection.
Saved personal records and history have a separate personal export; child records have a separate backup. Unfinished personal drafts stay on the device: save them before transferring.
